Dr. Larry Lesser, DC, Dipl. Ac. (NCCAOM)

Dr. Larry Lesser is a graduate of City University of New York at Brooklyn College. He received his doctorate in 1987 from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West, where he was also a faculty member. Coming from a social work back ground, Dr. Lesser brings to his practice a deep understanding of people and their health concerns. Dr. Lesser is a Diplomate in Acupuncture (Dipl. Ac.) from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). To receive this designation, as Dr. Lesser has, a practitioner must successfully pass rigorous testing in clinical competency and advanced acupuncture knowledge.

Dr. Nora Wilson-Lesser, DC, FIAMA, CCWS

Dr. Nora Wilson-Lesser graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in 1986. She also was on the faculty at Palmer-West. Dr. Wilson-Lesser was a surgery technician in the United States Air Force before choosing to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Wilson-Lesser has the distinction of Fellow from the Internation Academy of Medical Acupuncture (FIAMA). Dr. Wilson-Lesser is a Certified Chiropractic Wellness Specialist (CCWS), a certification awarded through the National Wellness Institute. This program's focus is on wellness prmotion, wellness coaching and the reinforcement of healthy behaviors in our community.

Dr. Lesser and Dr. Wilson-Lesser chose to live and practice in Spotsylvania, Virginia over 20 years ago. They are both licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine to practice chiropractic and acupuncture. They believe in treating the whole person by balancing the physical and energetic aspects of the body. They are among the first practitioners in the greater Fredericksburg area to offer a holistic approach to health and to encourage the idea of wellness.


Dr. Erica Heppe, DC, Webster, Cox Flexion-Distraction


Dr. Erica Heppe earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree cum laude from Palmer Chiropractic College West in the San Jose, California. Dr. Heppe has pursued extensive studies and is a certified practitioner in Cox-Flexion Distraction, Activator Methods, and Webster technique. She is originally from Spotsylvania, VA and attended Courtland High School, where she competed in field hockey, cross country, track, and tennis. After high school she went to the University of Virginia where she completed her undergrad.

Dr. Erica Heppe is committed to providing thorough, gentle, and effective chiropractic care for families of all ages. She has ancillary training in women's health and pediatrics. She incorporates her yoga training into practice to help with lung function, balance, and mindfulness. She believes in listening, educating, and encouraging her patients to take an active role in their health and wellness. Her goal is to increase her patients overall wellness, by increasing patients ability to eat, move, sleep, and think at a higher caliber.

When she is not treating patients, Dr. Heppe spends her time traveling with her family, playing USTA tennis, trail running, practicing yoga, and eating at local restaurants. 

Dr. Scott Heppe, DC, A.R.T., Activator 

Dr. Scott Heppe earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. Dr. Scott is an evidence based chiropractor and provides care to athletes in the surrounding area. He and his wife attend national conferences to further their education and stay abreast in new techniques. Dr. Scott was born in Chicago, but quickly afterwards his family relocated to Fredericksburg, VA, where he grew up. During high school he competed on the golf, track, cross country, and tennis teams at Courtland High School. He continued playing sports in college and was on the UVA Rugby and UVA Rowing teams. He received his BA with honors from the University of Virginia. Dr. Scott is certified in Active Release Technique (A.R.T.) and Activator. 

He enjoys spending time with his wife and son Clifton, traveling, playing golf, competing in tennis matches, skiing, and running ultra marathons.
